Back in 2014, Blacklist opened its doors on Place Pey Berland as the very first specialty coffee shop in Bordeaux — betting that this city of wine could fall for specialty coffee too.

More than a decade later, that bet's still pouring. We serve beans roasted around the corner by Oven Heaven, plus a rotating guest roaster every month, brewed on the machine or poured by hand through a Chemex. Pastries are made in house; juices are pressed to order.
